Job summary

Salient is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one or more Marshall product areas end to end, working directly with engineering, design, implementation, customers, and company leadership. You will own the customer problem, product direction, execution, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes, not simply a feature backlog.

Your portfolio may evolve as products mature, customer adoption grows, and the PM team expands.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise product areas end to end.
• Able to ship 0-to-1 products from ambiguous problems.
• Willing to travel and observe real workflows.
• Define success by adoption and outcomes, not features.
• Understand integrations, data models, and system boundaries.
• Strong communication with operators, executives, risk teams, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more major product areas within Marshall, with scope sized to complexity and customer needs.
• Expand compliance, servicing, scorecards, and insights across calls and turning findings into operational action.
• Support loan management system integrations connecting lender systems through reusable integrations and canonical data models.
• Drive workflow automation by launching 0-to-1 products on the LMS foundation as the platform matures.
• Deliver end-to-end outcomes from discovery to launch, adoption, and measurable operational impact.
• Promote shared platform capabilities over bespoke client implementations.
• Own portfolio strategy, boundaries, sequencing, and product quality with the broader Marshall team.
