Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Education & Learning to shape strategy and build products that advance learning experiences in ChatGPT. You will collaborate across AI research, design, and go-to-market to create an education-focused product line that serves students, adult learners, and educators.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure alignment with growth and enterprise efforts, leveraging data and user insights to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in education, EdTech, or learning research preferred.
• Experience building and scaling consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision for education and learning in ChatGPT.
• Collaborate with research to advance learning outcomes through AI.
• Partner with design, engineering, product, and GTM to bring features to life.
• Coordinate with growth, GTM, and education teams to reach students and educators.
• Work with external partners in academia and workforce development to track outcomes.
• Use data and user feedback to validate impact and guide direction.
