TriNet in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our Workforce Management (WFM) platform covering paid time off and time and labor management.

You will identify high-impact opportunities, define AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate across engineering, data, UX, legal, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, trusted experiences with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Typically 5+ years in software product design and development.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience is required.
• 2+ years building AI solutions is a plus.
• Experience delivering Workforce management products is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM PTO and Time and Labor products.
• Assists in translating business goals into a concrete strategy and tactical plan.
• Manages the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Assesses market requirements through market research and stakeholder discussions.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-value use cases from data insights and customer needs.
• Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes AI-driven opportunities within WFM domains.
• Develops, implements, and manages product features with development partners.
• Prepares detailed product requirements and statements of work.
• Partners with domain PMs, engineering, data, UX, legal, and GTM teams to deliver scalable WFM experiences.
• Monitor product performance and inform roadmap decisions.
