Job summary

Visa's CMS Product organization is undergoing a transformation to become AI-native. We seek a Senior Manager to scale agentic capabilities, modernize product development practices, and improve how teams operate across our global portfolio.

You will partner with leaders in Product, Technology, Design, Risk and Operations to apply AI, accelerate VATC adoption, and build scalable workflows that boost velocity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or transformations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in large organizations.
• Experience implementing or scaling AI, agentic workflows, or AI platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives in the CMS Product agentic transformation roadmap, driving adoption of AI and the Visa Agentic Toolchain (VATC) across the organization.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI across product strategy, development, commercialization, and portfolio management.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, and Operations leaders to modernize product development practices and improve how teams work.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled workflows, best practices, and operating frameworks that increase productivity, quality, and execution speed.
• Champion adoption of VATC and agentic ways of working, helping teams embed AI across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Define, track, and communicate key metrics related to transformation progress, tool adoption, product development velocity, and client outcomes.
