Salesforce is seeking aSenior Manager of Product Management for the Employee Success team, focused on Total Rewards. You will own the product vision and drive AI-native experiences that empower HR practitioners and Total Rewards professionals.

The role blends deep HR domain expertise with agentic AI to shape how employees experience rewards across their lifecycle. You will partner with COEs, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable product improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in HR technology or Total Rewards
• Strong understanding of the total rewards lifecycle and related roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML product development and agentic design
• Proven informal leadership and ability to influence without formal authority
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management in complex environments
• Strong communication and storytelling skills across technical and business audiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and driving alignment without a playbook

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation in partnership with COEs for agentic projects
• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards
• Champion Total Rewards employee lifecycle with agentic experiences
• Drive AI-native Total Rewards workflows to accelerate HR teams
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship without a direct reporting line
• Build trusted relationships with COE, IT and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and HR policy partners
