Salesforce seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management for the Employee Success team, focused on Total Rewards, blending HR domain expertise with AI and agentic technology. This role shapes how employees experience rewards and how professionals work in an AI-native future.

You will lead cross-functional work with engineering, data science, and policy partners, build strategic roadmaps, and mentor teammates while driving measurable product improvements across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in HR tech, Total Rewards, or benefits platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the Total Rewards lifecycle and related stakeholder roles.
• Experience with AI/ML product development and agentic design.
• Proven informal leadership and ability to influence without authority.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management in complex enterprises.
• Excellent communication and storytelling across engineers to HR executives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and align without a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agentic Total Rewards projects with COEs.
• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards products.
• Design agentic experiences across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop AI-native Total Rewards workflows for HR teams.
• Provide mentorship and elevate product craft within the team.
• Maintain deep stakeholder relationships across COE, IT, and partners.
• Collaborate with Director for cross-functional alignment and day-to-day relations.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and HR policy to deliver improvements.
