Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with HR tech focus (Total Rewards, compensation, or benefits).
• Understanding AI/ML product development and agentic systems; ability to partner with technical teams.
• Proven informal leadership and ability to influence without direct reporting lines.
• Strong relationships and stakeholder management within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills translating technical concepts to business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation with COE partners for agentic transformations.
• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards products.
• Champion the Total Rewards employee lifecycle and design agentic experiences.
• Drive AI-native initiatives to speed up HR practitioners and surface actionable insights.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate with COE, IT, data science, and HR policy partners.
