Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 2 years' experience in data analytics or 4 years' experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve business area goals and provide coaching.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams including risk assessment and implementation.
• Develop and validate advanced data models and algorithms to drive insights.
• Present strategic recommendations to inform initiatives and decisions.
