Job summary

PTC is seeking a Distinguished Product Manager to lead strategic investments across the Windchill Service Engineering and Arbortext portfolio. This role defines the next generation of Service Engineering and Technical Publications solutions within the Intelligent Product Lifecycle, combining deep domain knowledge with AI-driven innovation.

The role collaborates with customers, partners, and R&D to translate requirements into epics and roadmaps, drives agile execution, and shapes product strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software products from concept through market adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both highly technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Windchill Service Information and Arbortext solutions, enabling a connected digital thread across the product lifecycle.
• Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and field teams to understand business challenges and market opportunities and translate those into roadmaps and release plans.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs.
• Engage with R&D teams on technical discussions and provide guidance on implementation approaches and backlog execution through releases.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
• Partner with R&D and UX teams to design and deliver AI-powered value-driven solutions.
• Drive Agile planning, backlog management, prioritization, and story acceptance.
• Support product launches, Sales enablement, and Go-to-Market activities.
• Collaborate across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Support and Partners.
