Job summary

MetaField is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional execution of product initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will manage multiple product workstreams, drive alignment across squads, and ensure high adoption of released features in a SaaS platform serving architecture and engineering teams.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Bloomington, MN, with in-office Tue–Thu 10am–3pm and remote the rest of the week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development or product management.
• Experience owning a complex, multi-module SaaS platform.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision with measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize roadmaps and defend data-informed decisions.
• Gather market requirements via customer interviews and competitive research.
• Analyze usage data to drive reliability and quality improvements.
• Develop business cases and partner with engineering for AI-driven capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end execution and align squads for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with UX/Engineering to validate customer-satisfaction goals.
• Track roadmap progress and manage risks and scope.
• Contribute to AI prompt frameworks and reusable PM processes.
• Provide input on product marketing content and release docs.
