Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent product-building
• Experience leading zero-to-one products or internal tools
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineers
• Experience in complex operational domains with high trust and privacy considerations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Foundation leadership to shape AI-native philanthropy and define product opportunities
• Discover high-leverage user needs across staff, grantees, nonprofits, funders, and partners
• Translate workflows into simple, trusted products for donors and program teams
• Build and iterate internal tools first (grantmaking, due diligence, knowledge management, deployment)
• Identify tools that should become reusable products or open-source projects
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and external builders to prototype, ship, and scale AI-enabled products
• Develop adoption and support models including documentation, training, and feedback systems
• Establish product quality bars and responsible deployment practices
