Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a senior Product Manager to own a core area of the platform focused on multi-cluster infrastructure for AI workloads. You will drive lifecycle management across public clouds, private clouds, and bare metal, ensuring smooth migrations and coherent user experiences for large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management on infrastructure products
• Real Kubernetes depth: you understand cluster lifecycle, upgrades, and operators
• Judgment about maturity in fast-moving strategic work and stable surfaces
• Comfort with upstream ecosystems and CNCF involvement a plus
• Clear written communication across time zones and cultures
• CKA/CKAD or similar Kubernetes cert is nice, not required

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure for AI workloads: bare metal and private cloud as high-performance substrate for GPU clusters
• Manage cluster lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, scaling, Day-2 ops across public clouds, private clouds, bare metal
• Oversee brownfield adoption and federation: move external clusters from visibility to fully managed
• Provide long-term support as a product: LTS for Kubernetes versions and workloads
• Shape estate organization and multi-tenancy: tenant boundaries, shared vs dedicated clusters
• Evolve the portfolio: expand scope as platform grows in dialogue with you
