Spectro Cloud is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to advance AI adoption on our Kubernetes and AI infrastructure platform. You will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that improve employee productivity and promote scalable AI usage across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will lead PoC initiatives, collaborate with risk and compliance, and explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders while shaping our AI tooling roadmap in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years as Software Engineer, SRE, ML Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical role.
• 4+ years of experience maintaining and building production applications.
• Broad knowledge across AI topics including agent-based systems, model tuning and deployment.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions for AI workflows.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot new AI tooling across the company.
• Engage with risk, compliance, and legal to define guardrails for tool rollouts.
• Teach and explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and cross-functional teams.
