Fannie Mae is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager for Integrated Loan Solutions to lead end-to-end product delivery and operations for Collateral Products.

You will drive release readiness, production support, and governance while championing AI-enabled delivery to modernize how teams work. You will coordinate across multiple product domains, manage dependencies and risks, and translate complex concepts into business-friendly communications to senior leadership.
