Job summary

Owl.co is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a new AI-driven insurance product line. You will own discovery through delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and design to ship enterprise-grade products that delight customers.

We have engineering hubs in New York City and beyond, and this role is 5 days per week onsite in our New York office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, Senior level or higher.
• 2+ years of B2B PM experience with large enterprises.
• Experience launching a new product at a growth-stage startup.
• Experience with SaaS and AI products.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with stakeholders, data-driven problem solving.
• Insurtech and/or healthcare data experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional enterprise product initiatives and drive execution.
• Oversee discovery and delivery across multiple workstreams with internal and external teams.
• Define and test AI/ML solutions and SaaS workflows delivering value to insurers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain competitive advantage.
• Bridge strategy and execution, removing roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Create clear product specs and customer-facing materials and iterate on product messaging.
