Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Buyer Services business as we scale RB Marketplace. You will own the execution/tactics, ensuring every transaction includes a service attach, and partner closely with engineering on architectural decisions.

The role emphasizes speed, collaboration, and use of AI tooling to remove friction, delivering measurable impact within fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent shipping software products.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features into production.
• Comfort working with engineering on technical architecture decisions (APIs, microservices, data pipelines).
• Track record of building your own proofs of concepts.
• Ability to earn buy-in from established teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define MVPs and drive them to production, not just pilots.
• Drive the product roadmap for buyer platform consolidation across Finance, Shipping, and Warranties.
• Identify AI-enabled workflows and turn them into shipped features.
• Improve velocity, including AI-assisted alternatives.
• Build methods to evaluate quality, reliability, and safety.
• Make decisions quickly in ambiguity and document postmortems.
