Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, etc.) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation product lifecycle, from roadmap to delivery and maintenance.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and oversee development of re-imagined processes and controls.
• Lead and mentor high-performing data analysts on automation initiatives.
• Drive AI-enabled automation to accelerate marketing campaigns while reducing manual errors.
