Job summary

Capital One in New York seeks a Senior Associate, Product Management in US Card Authentication CX to define the destination-state for AI-driven authentication and lead a cross-functional team to ship a bold product vision.

You will partner across Fraud, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Design and Servicing Operations, base decisions on data, and push for experiences that reduce fraud while improving customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience.
• Experience in fraud, risk, identity verification, or regulated financial services.
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered product capabilities.
• Experience partnering with engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define destination-state architecture and experience for authentication.
• Lead the tech team to ship the product strategy.
• Explore AI-driven capabilities to strengthen fraud detection and authentication.
• Let data drive decisions and validate bets after shipping.
