Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management for US Card Authentication CX. You will own the product strategy end-to-end, shaping authentication experiences in an AI-driven world and leading a dedicated technology team to bring it to life.

You will partner across fraud, risk, legal/compliance, design and servicing operations to redefine destination-state architecture, balance fraud loss prevention with customer experience, and move fast with AI-powered tooling and data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
1+ year of product management or related experience (design, agile, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
CS or engineering degree preferred; 3+ years of PM experience with engineering partnership.
Experience in fraud, risk, identity verification, authentication or regulated financial services.
Curiosity and hands-on AI-powered product capabilities and data-driven delivery tools.

Responsabilités

Define destination-state architecture and user experience for AI-driven authentication.
Lead the tech team to ship the product end-to-end.
Explore AI-driven capabilities to strengthen fraud detection and authentication.
Use data to validate bets after shipping features.
Collaborate with Fraud Strategy, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Design and Servicing Operations.
