Job summary

SPINS is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management to steer the SPINS Intelligence and Portal platforms. This player-coach role blends strategic roadmap work with hands-on writing stories, triaging issues, and reviewing sprint output.

You will align stakeholders and lead a cross-functional team across Engineering, Data, Design, and Finance to drive launches and ongoing optimization. You will bring 6–12+ years in CPG/product management, with deep SaaS analytics experience and strong

Qualifications

6–12+ years in CPG/product management; 3+ years leading PMs.
Experience building SaaS analytics platforms and data products.
Strong CPG industry knowledge and client-facing experience.
Hands-on with writing stories and triaging bugs; agile communicator.

Responsibilities

Set Product Strategy — Contribute to the vision and roadmap for SPINS Intelligence and Portal.
Drive AI & Automation — Lead where AI, NLP, and automation create client value.
Be Hands-On — Write stories, define acceptance criteria, triage client issues.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution — Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and Finance to ship quality product.
Build & Develop the PM Team — Mentor, and develop PMs; establish operating rhythms.
Engage Clients & Market — Spend time with brand, broker, and retailer clients to understand workflows.
