Ottimate is hiring a senior individual-contributor to own data validation across the invoice lifecycle, from capture to approval. You will work with ML engineering and data science to push accuracy while enabling fast, trustworthy validation for AP teams.

You will partner with ML teams to improve extraction and GL inference, shaping how the platform handles confidence and exceptions. This role emphasizes measuring data quality and driving the roadmap with data.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, with data/ML or automation focus.
• Ability to work with data scientists and ML engineers to define metrics.
• Strong experience balancing automation with human judgment.
• Analytical mindset with evidence-driven decision making.
• Experience with B2B SaaS fintech or accounting-adjacent products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for data validation across the invoice lifecycle.
• Define platform reasoning for confidence, auto-processing, and review flags.
• Partner with ML and data science on extraction and GL-inference performance.
• Design human-in-the-loop validation so corrections feed model improvements.
• Own data quality metrics and drive the roadmap with data.
• Tackle multi-format invoices, non-PO spend, and multi-location chart structures.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify validation gaps.
