You will lead cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that reduce seller workload while increasing sales effectiveness. The role demands a proven track record in roadmapping, partnering with engineering and field teams, and communicating strategy to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for a next-generation agentic toolset at AWS ProServe.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents that automate administrative tasks and help sellers focus on relationships and deals.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, design, and field teams.
• Deliver solutions that measurably reduce seller workload and improve sales effectiveness.
• Advocate for customers and align stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
