Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Tech for the AFX ProServe Team to lead the roadmap for next-generation agentic tools. You will drive AI agent orchestration that reduces seller workload and increases sales effectiveness, partnering with engineering, design, and field teams.

You will own requirements, prioritize features, and deliver disruptive value in a fast-paced, startup-like AWS environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (required).
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing and advocating for customers during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Experience in using analytical tools and building adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities

Drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools on AWS ProServe.
Build and orchestrate AI agents to automate administrative tasks and enable sellers to focus on relationships and deals.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions.
Aim to measurably reduce seller workload and improve sales effectiveness through intelligent automation.
