Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to join our team and shape the vision and roadmap for AI-powered search experiences that help legal professionals find and use information more effectively. You will partner with engineering and ML teams to turn user needs into measurable product outcomes in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $157,300 – $212,800 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience in search or AI technologies; legal technology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of improving search relevance and user satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire engineering and machine learning teams.
• Strong technical understanding of search technologies, including lexical and semantic retrieval.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning customer needs with technical capabilities.
• Discerning judgment to prioritize impactful search problems.
• Experience with both developing new products and scaling existing solutions.
