Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform to define the vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for an AI-native software platform. You will translate complex customer needs into scalable capabilities, collaborating with engineering to deliver innovative AI agent solutions from conception to production.

The role reports to the Advanced Technology Group and is remote with U.S. locations including Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading software platform products.
Experience delivering AI/ML software into production, incl. generative AI/LLM/agent capabilities.
Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures (LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems).
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude SDK, Google ADK, AWS Bedrock.
Ability to evaluate architecture and design trade-offs with engineering leadership.
Strong knowledge of the agentic AI market and enterprise/government customer needs.
Experience owning 0-to-1 product strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.
Proven ability to work with technical, executive, and external stakeholders.
Experience creating pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for platforms/APIs.
Bachelor level degree in technical field; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for an AI-native platform.
Lead customer discovery and co-development with complex design partners.
Collaborate with engineering to define scope, architecture, and execution priorities.
Draft product requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for platform release.
Design extensibility architecture, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and data connectors.
Establish metrics for AI agent quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
Ensure governance, security, and guardrails for trusted autonomous systems.
Monitor AI landscape and translate insights into roadmap and positioning.
Partner with Growth and executive teams on pricing, pilots, and GTM.
Instrument adoption metrics and drive data-informed iterations from prototype to production.
Communicate strategy and value to executives, customers, and partners.
Demonstrate hands-on AI tool use for rapid prototyping and decision-making.
Operate autonomously in a small, fast-moving team.
