Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform to define vision, strategy, and a multi-horizon roadmap for an AI-native software platform, translating demanding customer needs into scalable capabilities.

You will partner with engineering and leadership to shape product scope, architecture, and go-to-market plans, establish success metrics, and drive rapid, data-informed iteration from prototype through production in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, incl. 5+ years owning software platform products.
• Proven AI/ML product experience in production, incl. generative AI/LLM/agent capabilities.
• Deep technical understanding of agentic AI architectures and workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and platforms such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry.
• Ability to evaluate architecture and product design trades-offs with engineers and leadership.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI market dynamics and enterprise/government customers.
• Experience owning product strategy and execution in 0-to-1 environments, delivering measurable results.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate product research, analysis, and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for an AI-native software platform.
• Lead customer discovery and translate workflows and requirements into actionable priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, architecture, and execution priorities.
• Develop clear requirements, user journeys, and technical specs for efficient development.
• Define extensibility architecture and developer experience (APIs, SDKs, integrations).
• Establish product success metrics and evaluation strategies for AI quality, latency, and cost.
• Contribute to GTM strategies, pricing hypotheses, pilots, and scalable adoption.
• Instrument product usage and value metrics to drive rapid iteration from prototype to production.
• Communicate strategy and value propositions to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Demonstrate hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and decision-making.
