Job summary

Cummins is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the Agentic AI Framework, bridging IT strategy with enterprise needs. You will drive orchestration patterns, developer enablement, and governance across multiple teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes Lean-Agile practices, SAFe alignment, and collaboration with architecture, security, and business stakeholders to maximize value, reliability, and governance of the Agentic AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in CS/IT/business
• SAFe POPM or SAFe Agile PM preferred
• Experience with Lean-Agile and SAFe principles

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the Agentic AI Framework.
• Lead integration patterns and developer enablement across agent teams.
• Define enterprise orchestration strategy and standard patterns.
• Govern orchestration engine choices and agent library lifecycle.
• Partner with architecture, security, and compliance teams on governance.
