Job summary

Wayfair, a leader in online home goods, is seeking a Senior PM to drive 0 to 1 agentic AI products that transform supplier relationships and merchandising operations. You will define long‑term vision, multi-cycle roadmaps, and deliver scalable agentic solutions impacting top and bottom lines.

You will partner with engineering, product, science and commercial teams to bring your AI vision to life, shaping business metrics and velocity across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record (technical background preferred).
• 7+ years of product management experience with AI-enabled impact.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and GenAI workflows.
• Experience with AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, or RAG pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into usable product features.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision & roadmap for agentic AI solutions across Merchandising and Supplier Technology.
• Align near-term value with long-term vision across Consumer Technology, Supplier Technology and Merchandising.
• Lead roadmap planning and coordinate with Engineering, ML, Design, and Data Science teams.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and drive leadership alignment.
• Adapt strategy based on learnings to improve velocity of insights and experiments.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, smooth sprint execution.
• Influence Wayfair's strategy for agentic workflows and multi-agent architectures.
