Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Sharp product instincts and a track record of shipping
• Able to communicate with agents, engineers, and executives
• Define a compelling vision and align stakeholders
• Lead through influence with a bias toward action
• Curious about emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools like Claude Code and Figma Make

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Agent Ecosystem and translate workflows into a prioritized roadmap
• Synthesize inputs from agents, leadership, design, and engineering into clear build decisions
• Build relationships with Brightway agents and internal partners as voice of the customer
• Develop understanding of the independent insurance agent model and market
• Define success metrics for the agent sales funnel to drive prioritization
• Align strategy with executive leadership and manage delivery expectations
