Job summary

Brightway Insurance in Leesburg, FL seeks an experienced Agency Manager to launch and grow the newest agency. You will lead daily operations, drive inside sales, and manage the sales pipeline while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with the Agency Owner to build a high-performing team, develop referrals, conduct comprehensive reviews, and ensure compliance with Florida licensing and carrier guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license required.
• Experience leading or managing an insurance agency or sales team.
• Strong Personal Lines knowledge is essential.
• Proven track record of sales success and client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency alongside the Owner to build and grow a successful agency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Drive inside sales by quoting, presenting, and binding Personal Lines policies.
• Manage the agency sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities.
