Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager Advisor for the Agent Experience to plan and build tools for customer service teams. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Operations, and business partners to create easy-to-use tools that scale with the business.

Responsibilities include setting strategy, leading product launches, leveraging AI capabilities, and measuring impact with dashboards and data.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
2 years leading complex internal platforms or enterprise products.
Experience with internal systems used by operations teams.
Ability to take a product from idea to launch and improve it.
Experience in customer support or contact centers.
Ability to use data to guide product decisions.
Strong communication and planning skills; partner management.
Experience on an Agile product team.

Responsibilities

Set the long-term plan for Agent Experience products and build the roadmap.
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics to deliver tools.
Define product needs, user stories, goals, and success criteria.
Plan launches and help teams adopt new tools.
Plan and build AI tools to assist agents while ensuring accuracy and trust.
Track metrics and build dashboards showing business results.
Communicate progress, risks, and ideas with stakeholders.
