Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager for Actuarial Analytics and MedInsight Data Products. Hybrid role with in-office days across Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston.

Build data products used by actuarial and analytics teams across the enterprise. You bring 6+ years in healthcare product management, strong SQL/Snowflake skills, and the ability to translate analytic needs into concrete product requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business administration or relevant field with 6+ years PM experience in healthcare.
• For technology roles, experience in consumer-facing software or start-up environments is preferred.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own MedInsight product strategy and roadmap - shape vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog.
• Manage MedInsight readiness and product support - defects, releases, and change communications.
• Translate analytic needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Advance semantic, AI-enabled, and self-service capabilities for MedInsight data.
• Partner across business, technology, and vendor teams to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and tradeoff decisions with squads and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, governance, and measurable impact of MedInsight products.
