Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead MedInsight data products and actuarial analytics initiatives across a modern data platform. The role blends product direction with hands-on data stewardship and collaboration with engineering, actuarial, and business partners.

The position is hybrid with multiple office locations; relocation or commutable distance to Salt Lake City, Boise, and Lewiston is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare.
• For tech roles, experience in consumer-facing software or startup environments preferred, MBA preferred.
• Hands-on payer analytics, actuarial analytics, and data product delivery experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own MedInsight product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for inbound/outbound data products.
• Translate analytic needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Guide semantic layers, AI-enabled workflows, and self-service analytics for governance and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive delivery and impact.
