Job summary

Treace in Florida is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead products through lifecycle from concept to optimization, aligning with marketing, financial and growth objectives while supporting the field sales team.

You will influence R&D, prioritize resources, work with surgeons and key opinion leaders, manage product development meetings, and drive commercialization, market research, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science or Healthcare related industry.
• Eight (8) years’ experience in Medical Device Product Management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and anticipate customer needs through fieldwork and data analysis.
• Experience in strategic planning, product management, and commercialization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plans to bring major new products to market.
• Collaborate with R&D and surgeon designers to organize effective product development meetings.
• Validate and define new product concepts for development.
• Provide product surveillance to meet customer needs and drive commercialization.
• Develop positioning strategies and conduct market research to analyze trends.
• Support field sales with product training and collateral development.
