A leading coaching platform in the neurodiversity space is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives. You'll be responsible for defining the product roadmap, enhancing user engagement, and ensuring inclusive design principles. Reports to: Director of User Experience
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday.
Salary: Competitive, and based on skills and experience. We don’t publish a set range for this role as it depends on the strengths and profile of the individual — but we’re happy to discuss expectations early in the process.

About you:
An exceptional Senior Product Manager with a strong track record in shipping high-impact consumer-mobile products. You bring energy, analytical thinking, and deep empathy for users. You may not have worked specifically on products designed for neurodivergent users before, but you're committed to inclusive thinking and to partnering with your team to ensure those perspectives are considered in both design and delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to the Director of User Experience, you’ll lead one of our core product squads, owning the roadmap, experimentation strategy, and continuous improvement of a key feature that supports our neurodivergent users. You’ll focus initially on our "Mood" check-in feature—the first touchpoint for many users and central to daily engagement. You'll drive user engagement, retention and commercial impact while ensuring our work stays true to our values and evidence base.

Where you’ll work:
We trust our teams to work remotely, from anywhere in the UK. That said, the Product and Development team meet at least quarterlyto collaborate and support one another so you’ll need to be willing to travel. There might be times when you’ll need to travel to other UK locations for meetings or events but these will be planned ahead of time.
