About the role:

As a Product Manager for our Helium 10 business unit at Pacvue, you will focus on our users and create innovative products and features that solve their problems. Your responsibilities include user research, prioritizing initiatives, writing detailed specs, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams. You will set clear objectives, deploy resources effectively, and measure product impact through data analysis. You will also take ownership of the product and develop a compelling product roadmap aimed at enhancing user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-performing features.
2. Define and promote your product roadmap across the organization.
3. Prioritize product initiatives based on user research and data analysis.
4. Participate in sprint activities with APAC-based teams, providing detailed user stories and specifications.
5. Monitor and analyze key metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
6. Analyze market and competitive conditions to develop a differentiated product vision that meets customer demands.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. 5 to 7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle.
2. Experience in the eCommerce industry is required.
3. Experience with Social Media Commerce/Shops is highly preferred.
4. Empathy for customers and the ability to develop intuitive solutions for their pain points.
5. Strong analytical skills to analyze behavioral data and derive actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex problems clearly to teams and executives.
7. Solid technical background with experience or understanding of software development and web technologies.
8. MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Human Interaction Design, Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred.
9. Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity.
10. Self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments.
11. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
