Job summary

Flam is building the next generation of interactive media through its content format, an AI-native platform transforming how brands and consumers engage via immersive content in the US. You will join the founding team to shape Flicks, a new interactive media format for the US market, and partner with engineers, designers and publishers to validate problems and ship the initial roadmap.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the 0→1 journey, work with customers to validate problems, and balance

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of product management experience in AI/MarTech/content platforms.
• Proven experience building and launching 0→1 products.
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and the role of content in the industry.
• Strong product sense, analytical thinking and technical fluency.
• Comfortable working with significant ambiguity and limited structure.
• High ownership, bias for action and willingness to go deep into the details.
• Experience building products for the US market is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Our technology enables rich, app-less experiences that can be launched instantly on smartphones, creating a fundamentally different way for brands to engage consumers. We are backed by leading investors and already work with some of the world's largest brands. We are now building Flicks, our interactive media format for the US market.

And this is where you come in.

We’re hiring our first Senior Product Manager in the US to take Flicks from 0→1.

This is not a traditional PM role. Flicks is still in its early stages, and you’ll work directly with the founders, CTO, engineering, design, marketing agencies and publishers to define the product, validate the market and build the roadmap from first principles.
