Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Product Manager in Plano, TX to own the product strategy for agent-facing servicing platforms. Located in Plano with hybrid onsite work Tue–Thu, this contract-to-hire role supports enterprise servicing functions with a team of 10+ PMs.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for agent-facing servicing platforms.
  • Manage products throughout the lifecycle from concept to delivery and optimization.
  • Partner with stakeholders, operations, and engineering to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and influence multi-year product strategies aligned with goals.
  • Manage backlogs and roadmaps to maximize business value.
  • Collaborate with engineering to evaluate solutions, integrations, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
  • Use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment across executives, partners, and teams.

Job Summary

Our client, a financial and technology leader provider, is seeking a Product Manager. This role will support the Performing Loans organization and focus on the ownership, strategy, and enhancement of an Agent UI Platform that supports call center and back-office servicing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of product management expertise, technical aptitude, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product ownership and roadmap execution.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for agent-facing servicing platforms
  • Manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept and planning through delivery and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize initiatives
  • Develop and influence multi-year product strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and competing priorities to maximize business value
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions, integrations, dependencies, and tradeoffs
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure business outcomes
  • Facilitate alignment across executive leadership, business partners, operational teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve agent productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience

Work Environment

Location: Plano, TX Local candidates required

Work Model: Hybrid Onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
