Description du poste

Sr. Product Manager – Identity & Trust Infrastructure
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 4 days per week in-office)
$210,000 – $290,000 Base + Equity

The Company

A venture-backed infrastructure company building the data layer that helps organisations understand whether a business is legitimate, who is behind it, and whether it can be trusted. Their platform combines large-scale public, commercial, and proprietary data sources into a real-time business identity network used by leading financial technology and enterprise businesses across the United States.

The core platform is already proven in market. The next phase of growth is expanding into new industries where business verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and trust remain difficult problems to solve.

The Role

This is the one of the first dedicated Product Manager hire in the company.
You won’t be stepping into an established PM function or inheriting a roadmap built by someone else. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities, define products from scratch, and help determine where the company invests its resources next.

Three things need to be true about you.

You’ve built something from zero to one before and can point to a product you personally scoped, launched, and helped grow into meaningful revenue. You’re comfortable operating in technical environments where conversations span data infrastructure, AI, identity, fraud, and large-scale systems. And you enjoy turning ambiguity into execution, whether that’s writing specs, creating wireframes, making prioritisation decisions, or helping teams ship faster.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Defining new products for markets beyond financial services
  • Identifying customer problems and translating them into product opportunities
  • Writing PRDs, product specifications, business cases, launch plans, and success metrics
  • Creating wireframes, user journeys, and workflow designs
  • Working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch
  • Owning prioritisation across the existing product portfolio
  • Establishing roadmap and planning processes that scale as the business grows
  • Driving cross-functional execution across engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and growth teams
  • Managing product launches from initial scope through general availability
  • Making difficult trade-off decisions and stopping work that isn’t delivering value
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience launching and scaling at least one successful zero-to-one product
  • A track record partnering closely with CTOs, VP Engineering leaders, founders, or senior engineering teams
  • Strong product documentation and written communication skills
  • The ability to create detailed specifications with minimal ambiguity
  • Strong UX judgement and product instincts
  • Experience operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
  • Confidence making prioritisation decisions with incomplete information
  • Technical fluency across modern software, data, and platform products
Nice to have:
  • Experience launching products into new verticals or adjacent markets
  • Background in fintech, identity, fraud, risk, compliance, trust, or verification products
  • Experience as an early Product hire at a startup
  • Experience building products in data-rich or AI-enabled environments
  • Exposure to graph databases, entity resolution, network intelligence, or large-scale data platforms
Why this role?

You’ll join a company with real commercial traction, a highly technical product, and a wide-open opportunity to expand into entirely new markets. If you enjoy working close to founders, shaping strategy, and owning the full journey from idea to shipped product, there are very few opportunities that offer this level of influence.
