Job summary

trg. in New York is seeking a senior, hands-on Product Manager to lead a critical AI-powered product area. You will own discovery, prioritization, prototyping and shipping end-to-end with the founding team and enterprise customers, in a hybrid NYC setting.

You’ll shape how AI outputs are trusted, design agentic workflows, AI evaluations, and how evidence is presented to users. You’ll turn bespoke customer solutions into repeatable products and drive adoption and revenue through direct customer

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in B2B software, with AI-powered products that you have personally taken into production and that are used by customers
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG and AI agents, and confidence discussing technical trade-offs with engineers
• Hands-on experience defining and running AI evaluations, such as ground-truth datasets, quality metrics, regression testing and release thresholds
• Has personally shipped product within the last 12 months Uses AI tools day to day and is comfortable prototyping (e.g. Figma, AI prototyping tools, writing briefs, experimenting with code)
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including difficult conversations, and a willingness to challenge requests rather than just build them
• Commercially minded, with examples of how your work influenced adoption, retention or revenue

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product ownership for a critical area, from discovery to shipping and measurement
• Collaborate with founding team, engineering and enterprise customers on discovery and prioritization
• Prototype and ship features; measure outcomes and impact

What you'll be doing:

Location: New York, NY – Hybrid, 3 days a week in office

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, AI company as a senior, hands-on Product Manager. The company builds AI that helps professionals make sense of large volumes of complex documents and fragmented data, so they can make faster, better-informed decisions. Work that once took teams of analysts weeks can now be done in minutes, with every answer linked back to its original source. The platform is already used by major enterprise customers in the US and internationally.

You'll own a critical product area end to end, working directly with the founding team, Engineering and enterprise customers. That means discovery, prioritisation, prototyping, shipping and measuring what you've built. The most interesting challenge is trust. How do you make AI output reliable enough that professionals are comfortable making high-stakes decisions on it?

You'll work on agentic workflows, AI evaluations, document intelligence, confidence signals and how evidence is presented to users. You'll also help turn solutions built for individual customers into repeatable products, and work closely with clients to drive adoption, renewals and expansion. This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't be managing a team or a roadmap from a distance. You'll be building, prototyping in AI tools, making product decisions and seeing your work directly impact customers and revenue.
