Role snapshot

Join our PM bench and drive product initiatives across the platform—from agent-facing workflows to data pipelines and AI-powered automation. You’ll partner with engineering leads and operations stakeholders to discover problems, test solutions, and ship incremental value. Exact focus will rotate with business priorities; typical tracks include agent experience, carrier integrations, and AI assist features.

What you’ll do

• Frame problems & size opportunities with Ops, Engineering, and agency principals; translate them into outcome-based roadmaps and OKRs.
• Run dual-track discovery & delivery—user research, PRDs, backlog grooming, and release validation—without locking into a single domain.
• Coordinate internal teams & vendor pods to translate PRDs into clear technical requirements and ensure stories are technically feasible before sprint start.
• Champion data & AI capabilities—define KPIs, instrument events, and collaborate with ML teams to embed LLM-powered features.
• Maintain platform cohesion—help ensure consistent UX, data contracts, and APIs across all modules.
• Communicate relentlessly—weekly demos, roadmap updates, and post-launch read-outs.

Must-have qualifications

• 8+ years product management in SaaS or platform environments, shipping user-facing and API products.
• Proven record of leading cross-functional squads (eng, design, data) and external vendors.
• Solid grasp of cloud & API architectures (AWS preferred) and basic data modeling/SQL.
• Comfortable discussing system-design trade-offs (e.g., REST vs. event streams), reading API docs, and partnering with engineers on technical specs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication; you translate tech, ops, and business into one language.

• Experience with P/C insurance agency operations (a huge plus).
• Exposure to contact-center tech (Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys) or AI assist features (a huge plus).
