Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, with 3+ years in Product Management or Product Owner.
• SaaS experience in a Software as a Service environment.
• Full SDLC knowledge and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record translating market needs into development items.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• Nice to have: exposure to fuel, supply and logistics industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of defined product strategies, ensuring development aligns with the product vision.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, reflecting their needs in product delivery.
• Evangelize product releases to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure product releases achieve intended outcomes and meet customer needs.
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Mitigate roadblocks that might impact on-time release or sprint goals.
• Collaborate with scrum and development teams to meet objectives.
• Lead design of product functionality based on user and client needs.
• Lead demos and maintain product documentation.

This person will primarily focus on our Supply and Dispatch solution, which is an AI-integrated optimization and dispatch solution powering supply and logistics decisions in the retail fuel industry. You will work within a collaborative environment that values innovative, market-led solutions, developed using Agile methodologies. This role is centered on the execution of defined strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in the software industry, with 3+ years specifically in a Product Management or Product Owner role.
• SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
• SDLC Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and in-depth knowledge of Agile principles.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Strategy Execution: Proven track record of executing defined product strategies by translating market needs into actionable development items, from ideation through execution.
• Backlog Management: Strong experience fine‑tuning epics, defining user stories, and managing the prioritization of a team backlog.
• Customer-Centric: A customer‑first mindset with a track record of partnering closely with clients to deliver high‑value solutions on time.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.

• Exposure to or experience within the fuel, supply, and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: Drive the execution of defined product strategies, ensuring all development aligns with the overarching product vision.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, facilitating high‑level communication and ensuring their needs are reflected in product delivery.
• Product Evangelism: Evangelize product releases to customers and internal support/delivery teams.
• Outcome Delivery: Ensure product releases achieve intended outcomes and features effectively meet customer needs.
• Requirement Definition: Translate roadmap features into well‑defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Roadblock Mitigation: Actively mitigate roadblocks that might impact the on‑time completion of release or sprint goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with scrum and development teams to ensure all development objectives are met.
• Design Leadership: Lead the product functionality design process based on a deep understanding of user and client needs.
• Demos & Product Documentation: Lead product demos for internal and external audiences, while also creating and maintaining product documentation.
