Provation, a healthcare SaaS leader in Boston, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide strategic initiatives across the Provation portfolio, driving innovation, customer value, and market differentiation through agile product development.

You will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to post‑launch optimization—collaborating with marketing, sales and engineering to align goals, set pricing, and drive ROI with KPI‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear strategic product vision aligned with healthcare AI market needs.
  • Define long‑term strategy with a prioritized roadmap based on feedback and feasibility.
  • Lead the PDLC from ideation to post‑launch optimization with agile practices.
  • Conduct user research and analyze insights to define product requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering to align goals.
  • Present updates, risks, and trade‑offs to leadership throughout the lifecycle.
  • Own business case development including P&L, pricing, and financial modeling.
  • Monitor performance post‑launch and drive iterations using KPIs.
  • Identify risks and ensure healthcare regulatory compliance and AI governance.
  • Lead successful launches with marketing to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Oversee ongoing support, enhancements, and optimizations based on metrics.
  • Evangelize product adoption internally and externally to drive usage.

Job description

The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across the Provation healthcare SaaS portfolio. You will drive innovation, customer value, and market differentiation through agile product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear, strategic product vision aligned with healthcare and AI market needs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Conduct market research and define a long‑term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post‑launch optimization, ensuring efficient agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.
  • Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product goals.
  • Present updates, risks, and trade‑offs to executive leadership, maintaining clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Own business case development, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI.

  • Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and drive product success.
  • Ability to travel 25‑30% is required.
Benefits

  • Salary range: 114,100.00 – 190,500.00 (local currency).
