A leading company is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for a 6-12 month contract to enhance their Loyalty and Stay Experiences platforms. The role involves managing day-to-day delivery, liaising between teams, and ensuring user-focused product development. Location: Remote (Preference for EST/CST time zones)
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Our client is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Product Manager to support ongoing digital transformation efforts across its Loyalty and Stay Experience platforms. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of UX, engineering, and business to modernize the end-to-end guest journey—from booking to check-in, in-stay services, and check-out.
This position sits within a fast-paced digital product team contributing to a broader Salesforce replatforming initiative. You'll report to an experienced product leader and collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, high-impact digital features.
Own the day-to-day delivery of digital features within the Loyalty & Stay ecosystem (e.g., digital check-in/out, mobile key, on-property perks).
Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories to support sprint planning and delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between design and engineering teams—resolving blockers, refining scope, and ensuring sprint cadence.
Collaborate closely with UX to ensure the product experience is grounded in user behavior and intuitive design.
Identify project risks and gaps early, proactively escalating before they impact timelines.
Lead meetings with clarity and purpose, align stakeholders, and drive decisions to completion.
Operate with ownership and initiative—think like a product owner, not a task executor.
Navigate shifting priorities and evolving roadmaps while maintaining forward momentum.
5+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in mobile or web-based customer platforms
Proven success working independently in complex, cross-functional environments
Confident communicator who can align stakeholders across design, engineering, and business teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of on-time delivery in Agile environments
Self-starter who challenges assumptions, asks the right questions, and drives smarter solutions
Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) and sprint management
Comfortable working on front-end user experience features (deep back-end/API expertise not required)
Background in hospitality, ecommerce, or large-scale customer platforms is a plus

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr.
