Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Senior Product Management Support – Team Lead to support the Defense Health Agency portfolio. This position provides senior-level product and acquisition program management support while leading and coordinating day-to-day activities across assigned support personnel.

The role requires expert DoD acquisition knowledge, DoDI 5000 familiarity, and the ability to coordinate with government, industry, and regulatory stakeholders to drive medical product programs forward.

Qualifications

• Active DoW secret clearance or above.
• 10+ years of experience in medical product development or FDA-regulated products.
• Experience in DoD acquisition and program management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day product management support personnel.
• Monitor workloads, schedules, and program priorities.
• Prepare agendas, briefings, and executive summaries.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules and risk logs.
• Coordinate with Government, industry, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Support acquisition strategies and documentation.
