United Sports Brands is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager for Team Sports Protective in Costa Mesa, CA. This role owns end-to-end strategy for mouthguards, padded apparel and protective gear across Shock Doctor, McDavid and Under Armour brands.

You’ll translate athlete needs into differentiated product strategies and profitable growth. The role collaborates with design, development, marketing, sales and supply chain to drive product lifecycle, launches and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Deep consumer insights to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Competitive market analysis to position products effectively.
• Clear product briefs defining vision, benefits and target customers.
• Robust business cases with pricing, costs, forecast, channels.
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing and sales.
• Own GTM from concept to launch and lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities and reviews.
• Manage product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out.
