Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, manufacturing operations, or production leadership.
• Experience with law enforcement or military stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English at a professional level.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life for soft armor lines.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing.
