Bowman and Brooke LLP, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking an Associate for the Product Liability Practice Group in our Philadelphia office. The role offers hands-on trial exposure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will handle day-to-day case development, including depositions, client interactions, collaboration with experts, and discovery tasks, contributing to trial preparation and execution.

Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar or ability to become a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions and draft motions.
• Engage directly with clients and collaborate with technical experts.
• Manage discovery tasks and support trial preparation and execution.
• Drafting and arguing motions.
