Genentech, Inc. is seeking a product-focused informatics leader to own defined scientific data capture workstreams.

You will translate assay workflows into requirements, embed capture of context, and work with scientists and engineers to ensure data is interpretable and reusable for discovery and decision-making. You will collaborate across LIMS and data-layer teams to maintain context and enable scalable adoption, prioritizing reliability and data quality while delivering outcomes for multiple

Qualifications

• Experience delivering informatics solutions in biotechnology or pharma.
• Understanding of experimental data and metadata in drug discovery.
• Ability to translate scientific needs into usable requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap, prioritization and outcomes for assigned products within a product family and align with scientific priorities.
• Translate assay request and setup workflows into clear product requirements and capture contextual data.
• Define data, identifiers and metadata needed to interpret results and enable reuse for analysis and machine learning.
• Coordinate with instrument-capture and data-layer teams to link context to results and enable adoption.
• Translate scientific needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring usability and maintenance.
