Job summary

Remedy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and scale our telehealth and clinical platform across multiple brands and programs. The role sits at the intersection of clinical care, pharmacy, and technology, delivering scalable solutions that improve accessibility and outcomes.

You will own product strategy, collaborate with engineering, clinical, and operations leaders, and drive end-to-end development in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare or health tech.
• Experience owning complex products where multiple users and teams are involved.
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with operational teams to translate manual workflows into software.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas across Remedy's clinical and operational platform.
• Define roadmap and balance immediate needs with long-term platform investments.
• Translate healthcare workflows into measurable product requirements.
• Partner with providers, operations, and compliance to optimize workflows.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
• Launch new programs and migrate existing brands onto the platform.
